TURNS LOAD ON/OFF

Each channel of an IND unit will turn any load ON or OFF for operation remotely by telephone or manually on site.

The IND-2 will control 2 seperate external loads with 2 dry contacts-SPDT, or only 1 external load if the output control contacts are programmed as momentary.

The IND-8 will control 8 seperate external loads with 8 dry contacts-NO or NC, or 1-4 external loads if output control contacts are programmed as momentary.

CHANNEL STATUS

It is possible to verify the status of each output channel of an IND unit remotely by telephone.

In case of a power failure, even if a back-up power supply is not used, the IND unit will retain the of the load, the command for each output channel and the previous programmed codes.

LOAD STATUS SUPERVISION

The supervision feature allows for remote verification by telephone of the operation of each load for each output channel.

An opto-coupled supervision input is provided for each channel, and is connected directly to the load controls as an external loop.

CONTROL PERIOD

The control period can be indefinite or can be turned OFF remotely by telephone or manually on site.

The IND-2 OFF-DELAY will allow the load to be turned ON remotely by telephone for a specific control period - 1/2 hour to 4 1/2 hours, and may be remotely or manually turned OFF any time.

TELEPHONE ACCESS

Installed to any standard telephone line.

Accessible from any touch-tone telephone connected to any touch-tone telephone line.

Accessible from any touch-pulse telephone connected to any non-touch-tone telephone line.

Accessible from any cellular telephone.

The telephone key pad is used as input control.

EASY TELEPHONE OPERATION

Telephone to where the IND unit is installed and enter the personal 4-Digit access code for remote access.

Once the IND unit is accessed, the channel or channels needed may be turned ON or OFF; the channel or load status may be verified and the period of time for each load to stay «ON» may be chosen.
